As I take steps toward a new season, the unknowns in the transition seem a bit overwhelming. Yet God continues to provide, guide and cover me in peace with each step. Moving to a capital city of over two million people, where public transportation can take an average of 45 to 90 minutes to get places, I have been trying to figure out which area of the city would be ideal to live. I desire to live among those we want to see reached as well as having a decent commute to the teaching job. I have been searching on 2nd hand sites as to get a first hand contract I need to wait about 8 years. CRAZY! Anyway, I answered an ad and began a conversation with Angelique. She moved to Sweden thirteen years ago from Burundi. She loves Jesus and even initiated praying together. She is curious to learn about prayer walking and open to having a bible study in the home. Hjulsta’s neighborhood borders Tensta and Rinkeby which is consists of 91% immigrants. The main religion is Islam and there is a plan for three mosques to built over the next few years. Wanting to see the unengaged engaged and the unreached reached, I am excited and nervous to be their new neighbor. Please continue to pray for the transition. I will finalize the rest of the details this week and move by the end of the month.
Your support is making this possible-emotionally, spiritually, mentally and financially! Please let me know how I can be praying for you!
AWESOME! God is providing!! Can I forward this to my colleague Phil who lives sort of near you in Kista?

Hi Sarah,
Welcome to Stockholm! We’re based in Kista and working with http://www.gracechurch.se on the other track of the blue line & the other side of the Järva nature reserve. It’s great to have some more people committed to the Gospel in this part of the city. I hope we’ll get the chance to meet when you move in. Blessings

Sarah,
How wonderful to hear you found an apartment. 8 year wait for a 1st hand contract- how interesting! What a long wait. Glad God provided a believer for you to live with. What a blessing! Sounds like you are living in a neighborhood that desperately needs the truth. I can’t wait to read more about your journey.
