I had every intention to take a picture of our table last night (well we needed two tables last night!), but of course I forgot. When I sit down on Mondays and get to hear what God is up to in the lives gathered, my heart is so happy! There were 15 of us walking through the Passover celebration to learn about Jewish history while seeing how it reveals salvation in Christ. Preparing to celebrate Easter this weekend while continuing to see God’s thread of redemption in the Old Testament, we had a great time!
Many students will be with families this weekend. Many are far from God. Please pray for these students as they desire to be examples of hope, joy, truth and love to their families. Some parents have strong negative reactions and the students desire to grow in confidence in what they have chosen to believe. Some students parents are recently divorced. One student’s grandmother has just passed away. Please pray for them!
For me, I will be getting to attend the Great Commission Europe Staff Conference next week! I am excited to gather with these other workers and learn from them and what God is up to in other countries. Please pray for our time that will include prayer, time in the word and REST! Oh did I mention it is in Greece!!! What a gift from God!
