Here are some highlights from our time in Cologne these past two…

Our time here has been great. We have a great multi-cultural team that labored well, served well, and cared for one another intentionally. About 70% of the people we engaged in conversation were willing to discuss what the Bible says about Jesus. We had 14 people exchange contact information wanting to discuss more. It has been humbling and exciting to see many coming from different lands, cultures and faith participate in conversations with deeper questions in life. Thankful for the opportunity to serve alongside some local believers and see God move.

Transitioning to Stockholm…

Sunday, June 16th, the team will land in Stockholm. For the next 2 weeks, we will have a daily coffee table and time in the park. Looking forward to build on what has already started with previous teams. Please pray for the following:

– New teammates arriving – Marq (Indonesian guy currently studying in Germany), Rhys (recent college graduate from SC), and Joe (our boss)

– Pray for our outreach to connect with people that want to talk and for houses of peace. Pray for reconnecting with new friends met last month with the teams that had come.

– Pray for God to add to our number in our small house church that there can be growing momentum of spiritual growth and people experiencing God’s presence.

– Pray for start of a middle school youth group with this handful of pre-teens I don’t always know what to do with but open to figuring it out!

– Pray for us to love loud and serve well as so many people in the neighborhood deal with brokenness, trauma and lost hope. May we be a blessing and create an atmosphere of peace.

Needing new music? I have been really enjoying The Rock Music playlist on Spotify. This is the worship team from the church in Utah. One of their new releases, Mercy, has become a quick favorite!
