Highlights include Hilda getting baptized, a co-worker hearing the gospel, meeting a 21-year old who discovered God through you tube and was baptized. Six months ago, we began a journey to seek Jesus, His Kingdom and anticipate Him making us fishers of men. He is faithful to His Word and His mission and it is a privilege to be involved!
I have been learning how to redefine summer. We had a few days were it was in the 70s and beautiful. This morning I woke up to 42 degrees and rain. I am not sure if we will have more days that approach 70, but I do enjoy the 24 hours of sunlight! Everything is rich in color and you never want to go to bed! It is still wonderful to meet outside and grill whenever possible like last week’s Sunday’s fellowship group.
Please pray for students as many are home for summer. This week I heard about one student who had the opportunity to share her story about her faith with another who in the past was resistant. Pray for opportunities for joy to increase, stories to be shared, and a deeper walk with Jesus.
I have one more week of school before a two-week break. This weekend I am excited to join many from the region at the Midsummer conference. June 21st is the night the sun does not set and is one of the biggest celebrations/family times in Sweden. (Maybe similar to our July 4th)
Hope your summers are off to a great start! Hej då!
Love you!!! So thankful for your faithfulness. Keep on keeping on!!!!
