Here I am back in New Jersey after an amazing time on the road! I am very thankful for every visit I got to have with so many of you. The hardest part of this type of road trip is that it is never enough time. I praise the Lord for the reality that although we might not got to see each other face to face so often, our relationships are real and deep. It was a gift to see how God is at work in your lives!!!
Why did I do it? Who would take four weeks and drive over 3,000 miles visiting in ten different states? Great Commission Ministries actually requires me to stay state-side every 2 years for a certain amount of weeks in order to get to maintain important relationships. First and foremost, I took this trip in order to get to spend time with people who have journeyed with me and desire to be an encouragement to you. The other reason is the need for new supporters in order to stay of the field.

Why 16 months? While I continue to learn the language and my role in the church planting process, we are looking the next leg of the journey based on current objectives of the work. June 2016 will give us a new bench mark of what I am doing. I will also have passed language requirements to pursue finding work to supplement my income.
