Munir and his family have lived in Sweden for many years. They love Jesus and started an arabic speaking service so that people from their part of the world could worship in their heart language. As immigrants increase in this city, there is an increasing desire to learn how to build bridges and befriend our new neighbors.
A practical way to do this is to help meet immediate needs, with one of those needs being English. In order to further education and apply for certain levels of jobs, one must pass a high level of English. This summer we have started an english conversation group in order to help meet this need.
Please pray for this opportunity.
Pray that many would come and increase their confidence in using the English language.
Pray that many who already are walking in a relationship with Jesus would have a heart to participate and befriend others.
Pray that through relationships we would have opportunities to share our faith and hope in Jesus!
